Saffmonster
My printer has started printing in muticolour I printed out a load of documents yesterday and they were supposed to be just black, but it printed in black and green patches (some wrods black, some green, some letters were multicoloured. The cartridges are new. Is my printer halfway to printer heaven?
Sparks
go to control panel, the printers and devices, right click on your printer, then click properties. there should be a maintenance tab, click that then click clean nozzle head, or charge cartridge. if there no maintenance tab, go back to control panel, double click your printer, then click change paper options or options and then it should be there, well it is for my printer anyway, some will be different.
