Pavan
Hi, My pup ( siberian husky) was having loose stools for past 3 weeks. The very first week I got him to the vet , followed Metroindazole tablets for 5 days along with probiotics. looked like getting consistency but later changed to loose stools. The second week continued with probiotic chew tablets and dewormer (interceptor plus). fecal test came with round worms. The third week he was given a second dose of dewormer along with vaccines for bordetelaa and 1st Canine influenza. fecal test came negative for other worms. he is on his regular diet. I am worried that he is not getting better in his stools. He is active , no bloody stools or lethargic. He is doing his daily walk about 2 miles per day. I am giving him kirkland chicken rice vegetable mix 2 scoops per day = around 4 small cups. The vet wants to run blood work this weekend if issue still exists. Any suggestions are appreciated. robke
try feeding just a little bit less also look at the amount of treats...overfeeding is the biggest cause for runny poo...
