I have seen 2 other vets before this one diagnosed her but I plan to consult with an Ottawa hospital vet.

I am from the Ottawa region. I have a really nice female husky who is 4 1/2 years old. She has been limping on and off from the rear right leg since about one year. I had X-rays done of her hips; nothing was showing. She would have a hard time getting up after a lot of exercices. I saw a third vet about 2 months ago that had diagnosed her with a subluxation of the hip and recommended chiro treatments. After 3 treatments, she was not getting any better and I decided to pursue some more to find out that she has an ACL tear. She can't put any weight on her leg anymore. I don't have the money for the surgery. Does anybody know of : 1. Vets that specialize in that kind of leg problem in Ottawa 2. Braces that could help my dog while we decide what to do 3. Vet schools that would take her for practicing their surgeries Please help me! I hate for Kyla to suffer like this!
