jonluude Posted June 8, 2010 Report Share Posted June 8, 2010 hey everyone, haven't posted since i joined so its time for an update. Kona is now 6 months old, he weighs 55 lbs. Seems like he is overweight for his age at 6 months? Maybe he just grows faster than other sibes. He has been to puppy training classes from a reputable dog training program (at 4-5 mo old). He is a well behaved dog for his age. Kona does great around other dogs, however he is very shy around strangers. He is also very jumpy and skittish sometimes. Was he not properly socialized during his fear period? I would take Kona out in public to get as much attention and socilaizing with people as possible, but he would shy away from them and hide between my legs. Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.
