Elferrante
My husky is 5 years and 3 months old . When we brought him home at 8 weeks , he was so energetic. We were at the dog park twice a day. 3.5 hours of exercise a day. Every year he has needed less . I always get worried now when I see him sleeping a lot . He is down to about 1.5 to 2 hours of exercise a day. And he is often seen sleeping in the morning . He used to be so energetic in the mornings . How much exercise does your husky need ? Is this normal ? It makes me sad how less energetic he is .
wolfpup
My boys are the same. They are both 7 now - and whilst they both would happily do a 20 mile hike (I could not) - as soon as they are home - they sleep most of the time - particularly now as it is warmer. If they are not play-fighting each other or getting into mischief one is in the garden (always in the shade) and the other is in the lounge - again in the shade and sleeping.
