Argos and Osborne
We never thought it would come to this, but we need your help, helping Osborne. Osborne is an 8-month-old husky, who we rescued. What we know is that Osborne was abused and starved for months, along-side 11 other dogs. We brought Osborne home not knowing exactly what was wrong but also knowing he needed us. We already had a 10-month-old husky (Argos), when we decided to rescue Osborne. They have quickly become the best of friends. They play together, sing/howl/talk together, and even nap together. Their relationship has shown so much love in such a short time. Where Osborne was abused, he needs more help than a regular adopted animal. He suffers from severe PTSD. He struggles with water and food. He drinks and eats so fast, in fear he won't get more which causes an upset stomach. He has a hard time trusting people and is very skittish. He has no skills like how to sit or lay down. He is practically a newborn. With the funds raised, he will be able to get the care and training he deserves. Osborne needs specialty PTSD training to help him cope with what has happened. (It isn't the cheapest). Funds will also go to help Osborne get neutered. I hate asking for help but he deserves this sooner, rather than later. If you could help in any way, it would help our family and Osborne so much. If you can not help financially, please pray for Osborne, Argos, and our family; that this transition will be a smooth one. Thank you so much. ♥ Support Osborne (and Argos!) on Instagram. www.instagram.com/welcometothefurhouse

BingBlaze n Skyla
Welcome to the site, have you looked at a slow feeder bowl also feeding him in his own space alone will help , I also had a mistreated dog and whilst it took time he soon settled and realised we weren't going to hurt him Who told you, you need specialist training ? The rescue should cover this if that's the case
