BabyBear
Hi guys I’m new here but today we met a 13 week old German shepherd who almost double my size which made me ask myself is my 12 week old husky healthy and a normal size for his age. he is on a very good diet and eats 2 smaller and 1 large meals a day. hard to get a decent picture in which you can accurately tell his size but he is roughly a foot tall, thanks
2Huskyfun
It’s hard to tell. I know mine were bigger than some and I have seen ones that are twice their size. Here are mine at 3 months. I believe she stood a foot tall at that age. I remember how hard it was to get a picture of them at that age. 🤣

Thanks again
robke
Are you sure he is full breed...looks to me like it has some terrier in him...
Keeonah
I have to agree with Rob. Looks like he has some terrier in him but huskies are not big dogs anyway. A couple of mine are zero breed huskies and they are only 21 inches at the shoulder.
2Huskyfun
Mine went through a growing spurt around 4 months, 7 months, and 14 months was the last big growing spurt. My female was not the runt but was one of the smaller ones. This is them now a little over 2 years old. Did you get yours through a breeder? Did you see mom and dad? From what we have been told by the breeder, the dad was a black and white siberian and the mum who we saw on the day we picked him up was a full breed grey and white husky. but I would be inclined to agree with You as he is quite short as of right now. I will probably do an update at 4 months and see how he is by then. We were told by the breeder that it was infact her sisters dog who is our boys dad. Which is supposed to have been a black/white Siberian husky but it’s hard to tell without proof. seems as though mine could be the runt/a smaller one like you say. ill update as we go along as I’m also quite interested to find out. BingBlaze n Skyla
German shepherds are bigger dogs so dont compare to a bigger breed , however I agree and I think you were lied to as your pup does not look pure husky to me and definitely looks like he has some terrier mixed in
