aldoll 17
My little (in denial about him getting big lol) Bowie will be 8mo on the 25th. I feed him Taste of the Wild Puppy recipe and he LOVES it. He gets so excited anytime he finds a missed kibble. With that being said, when should I switch him over to adult food? Some say it depends on weight and others on age. He’s at a very healthy weight and size. Any advice or tips?
2Huskyfun 467
Welcome He is very handsome. I am not going to start switching mine over until about 14 months.
Jay 6,379
I also fed mine Taste of the Wild, and switched over to the adult formula when they were just about a year old.
chelseafan 2,327
What a beauty, he’s still growing and needs the higher calorie value of puppy food for his development, roughly around 12 months for adult formula.Sent from my iPad using Husky Owners
petertmartin 482
I also fed mine Taste of the Wild, and switched over to the adult formula when they were just about a year old. I did the same and had no problems until she started being fussy then I started mixing in ziwipeak which is another high protein local dry dog food and she loves the combinationSent from my [device_name] using http://Husky Owners mobile app
