Diamond isn't a brand I'm familiar with so I did a Google and found this. On the first pic, the red ingredients are controversial

I strongly suggest you try a grain/cereal free, hypoallergenic dry food

My boy Lunar had gas and the runs for the first three years of his life, no matter what I fed him.    I then switched to raw and he has not had any problems since  -  that was nearly 10 years ago.    Have you considered trying a raw meat and bones diet for them?

There are products on the market to give dogs who suffer with gas and it sounds as tho they have sensitive tums, maybe a probiotic would help in the long term and definitely a grain free sensitive kibble if you prefer dry. Whenever you’re making a change in diet it’s best to introduce new food slowly to prevent tummy issues. I hope you find a solution [emoji3]
