Hmm.. nappy? You'll never potty train him if you let him 'go' in the house.

If a wee sample can be obtained AND deposited outside in a chosen area he will, when he smells this on a walk out and realise quickly outside is "good to go'. Also for poops.

Pick up regularly as pups may also eat faeces - habit from mum cleaning up before they wean - she stops after this... but may also have a diet insufficiency.

House training is quick if there's an older trained woof to show where to go... however if you can provide access to outside as much as possible in early training, you can then teach them to paw a hanging bell on the door, to let you know they need out...

www.successdogs.com for all training tips. And tricks.

Start now as by even five months, naughty/undesirable behaviour kicks in through lack of responsible training ... and this is down to you.

A naughty pup or a bad dog is a poor/bad owner/trainer.

They rely on YOU for guidance in life's behaviour - no mum or litter pack is around now.

All pups can go to 'behaving badly' as does any dog joining your family pack if training through positive rewarding. Set the rules and start as you mean to carry on.

The website is invaluable -

Jean Cote has a husky and a collie.

This intelligent, awesome breed in the UK is now THE most abandoned breed due to ignorance of owners .. usually too because of lousy research prior.

This breed are hard work but.. rewarding 100% when you KNOW what you are taking on.

Know their history, what they have in their genes dna and why... their coat, shedding, subterfuge, roaming, houdinis, singers, landscapers, clowns, companions, (not a pet), decorators... their breed design natural attributes from head to toes, and tails...

The seven P's = Proper Prior Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance. [emoji847]

Good luck xxx

Xcel is kibble for all from weaning pups to adulthood, incl. nursing mums. Mine get a mix incl raw wet in vac Pac so easy shelf storage - once opened into fridge. I don't have enough freezer room to feed raw & my two are in excellent health on my regime.

Thanks. He wasn't going to the bathroom just walking around. That's for the advice. He went to the bathroom on his puppy pad in the box [emoji6] they are learning.

I think it's GREAT you used a pad, nappy, (that thingy thing) just temporarily while you were taking puppy Christmas photos. (I sure wouldn't want 3-week old puppies peeing on my beautiful wood floor.) You'll have them potty trained when it's time, but Mama WYNTER is still doing her mommy duties right now. Then MARKIE will take over as the excellent Certified Dog Trainer that you are!!
