Jaylo
So I know when there is a mix husky or a purebred because the way they are figured . so I got a question does these dogs look pure or a bit mixed? Its that the copper husky is giving birth and I was thinking to get one since I lost a puppy from parvo. Am debating about the female copper husky because she kinda looks mixed or probably a fault . what you guys think ? I know purebred makes no difference but sometimes people got to make sure the person is not fooling another person. Also can can some litter mates look fluffier and more pure than others? The last photo is her father
Rachael_Astro
She doesn't look purebred to me, her muzzle looks shorter than what it should be. Have they got any paperwork? Also have both parents had their hips and eyes tested? And yes some litter mates can be fluffier than others, Astro has slightly longer fur than his sister Sent from my iPhone using Husky Owners
chelseafan
She is gorgeous pure or not. It's whether you want 100% husky puppy. Sent from my iPhone using Husky Owners
Emma
I'm really no expert I should start by saying. I'm not sure personally that I think she's mixed breed as opposed to a husky with faults? Her tail for starters appears to be too curled. I honestly don't really know which category she falls into tbh. More importantly though, like mentioned above have they been hip and eye scored? That can help to limit the chances of common inherited problems being transferred onto the pups. There will always be a few that do develop problems over time but the hip and eye scores are helpful to try to limit things. One thing I will say though, if you're having doubts about the breeder's honesty or in any doubt about them at all, then maybe it's a good idea to walk away until you find a breeder that you do feel confident with? Just something to consider. Sent from my iPhone using Husky Owners
