I reg'ed an account a long time ago and have forgotten my password asked for e new one but I am not getting the email's been over 24 hours and nothing yet

So the order for walking belt bungy lead and karabiner is delayed unless i make a 2nd account on a spare email address i have, but i do not know if the system will reject that as my name address info are already in the system inked to the ther email address
