stormchaser09
Our little bearded dragon has been digging like mad for a day or 2 now so today I sent my son for some play sand for her to dig in and we now have some eggs. SHE was supposed to be a HE and so we hadn't looked up this particular behaviour pattern. I just looked it and was very shocked to discover that if she didn't have sand to dig in she could have become egg bound or they could burst and we most likely would have lost her. I will be keeping a close watch on her til she has finished laying. She hasn't been near another dragon in over 2 months so fortunately they will be infertile. stormchaser09
2 to 3 weeks after mating but we got HER in September so no chance of little ones though. Just as well cos she costs us a fortune to keep in bugs
