Remember Xena?

Recommended Posts

So as a bunch of you know about my friend that bought the white GSD puppy a while back that was only 5 weeks old... Xena is doing great now, and got huge!!! I thought I'd update you even though she's not mine ;)

She is adorable, but way naughtier than Smokey! She's fine with my friend's Rottweiler (adult boy about 5 years old) but she growls at my pups or other dogs :(

She wrecks havoc in their house, eats all the kids' toys and can get into any room no matter how hard they try to keep her out, she even got out through a window the other day! And I thought GSD were obedient and naturally well behaved  it makes a Husky look like a well behaved little angel! :D

Awwww good girl Xena you show them Huskies how it's done. :P

Eventually though she will become a good obedient dog.

Loyal and protective. She will be by your side no matter where you go.

I know, I got a grown up one.

Echo is beautiful Andy!

Yes, I suppose she will be better behaved when adult, but for now my friend suffers more than I do :D

She is way smarter than her humans though! And she knows exactly how to push their buttons...speaking of buttons, she even chewed the buttons off their remotes! Now Smokey would never even TRY that...

she is so freaking cute! I was wondering what happened to her, actually. keep us updated :D

and yours is beautiful too Andy :D

I will, I see her everyday and she's just a fluffball of cuteness! I guess that's the main reason why she gets away with everything ;) she even takes on the Rottweiler! And you can already see the guarddog in her!!!

Aww, she's beautiful. [emoji7]

Thanks Emma, she is gorgeous! I really love the white GSDs! Especially the fluffier ones ;)

Awwww I won't care what she does with those eyes you just can't stay mad xxx

Puppies shouldn't be that grouchy by the way. Could it be that they haven't properly socialized her? Though with her being so young, they have plenty of time to address the behavior

yeah I guess they're not socialising her properly...had B there the other day and they both growled at each other! Can't really socialise him yet since he hasn't completed his shots yet ;)

Problem is my friend's mother-in-law had a stroke a couple of weeks ago and now it's very hectic with going to the hospital everyday etc. So Xena is feeling a bit left out I guess, but she does like to play and spend time outdoor with Hayden their Rottweiler ;)

Speaking of Rottweilers (since your recent event) Hayden is the most well tempered one I've ever met, but we had neighbours down the street that the little kids teased him and now he won't allow little kids to enter their yard ;) so I guess it's really more to do with their temperment and breed than anything else...

Oh I agree I love Rotties. The very dog that made Dime stop fearing dogs with loud voices is a Rott called Troy. We've also encountered several others who are plain lovely. I adore Rotts for their extreme tolerance towards Dime's play style. But the one that attacks Dime certainly has issues. A well-socialized, well-trained Rott ( or any dog really ) would never attack without any warnings.
