You'll always be in my heart Chiko is one of those dogs they let loose at night-time. I told his owners for AGES he can't be let loose like that... but they only care so much about him. What I feared the most happened a few nights ago. I thought they finally sold him because he's so noisy, but apparently he's gone forever and ever.
