It says you can use 4 different members in a single household so if you vote 1 heads 1 tails..then you will get a free large one topping pizza..They will email you the code for you to go to papajohns.com and order you pizza to pick it up there for a 0 balance * Note that there is a limit of one vote per person; however, up to 4 members in a single household may each vote in Papa John’s Super Bowl XVLII Coin Toss Experience!
