Willow (not a husky, or even a dog!)

Earlier on today I had to have my 19 year old cat Willow PTS as he was very unwell. We've known for some time that he was not long for this world but believe me it doesn't make things any easier.

We adopted Willow when he was 7 years old and together we've been through a heck of a lot. He's seen my eldest son grow from a toddler into a terrible teen (it's his 15th birthday this Saturday) and he's seen my younger son grow up from a baby. We've been through house moves, burglary, depression together and I loved him dearly.

Willow and Brooke my staffy have been firm friends for a long time and I hope she'll be o.k.

To be fair I've done enough crying today for the both of us and after I've posted this, I'm going off to bed as my eyes are quite frankly stinging like hell and I've got a banging headache.

Rest in peace husband No2, I'll never forget you. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx :cry1::rip:

Emma, don't matter tht he wasn't a Husky, he was your heart and it hurts! I'm so sorry, I wish there were a way to share the pain but there really isn't. Think of the good times you had with him and the times her curled in your lap asking for just one more stroke ....

RIP, Willow, watch out for the dogs at the Bridge ... but they'll be nice to you since you have mama coming eventually!
