Me and about 10 others go in, meet the team, ask questions, find out about the job etc. Then we have to design a tank. He said people that too much in charge they wont take because they don't want someone over confident, and they dont want anyone like a lemming (silent and shy) I unfortunately compare myself to the lemming side of it and now i am very nervous because i am really shy.
