Unvaccinated puppy, carry him?

Recommended Posts

I have been reading on the internet about taking out unvaccinated puppies, lots of conflicting info though. I have read that you can take your puppy as long as you Carry them and don't put them on the floor? Is this really ok?

Feel a bit mean taking my other 2 out and leaving him alone but if he's safer that way then he,ll have to wait till he's fully protected.

Just wanted some opinions??

I carried mine about as pups - as long as they're not on the floor they'll be ok :) x

Well I did take him down our road (where nobody lives) and I made a sling out of my hooded scarf and he just sat there and then fell asleep! Just wanted to make sure it was ok:) x

as a pup its very good to take them out in your arms, as long as they are not on the ground they will be fine.

Socialisation is a very good thing for them to learn, we took storm out everywhere in arms. To bootsales, on the bus, on the school run etc.

If they get too old before learning this it can be detrimental to their learning.
