The dates for the Iowa Husky Camp are Friday, September 14 through Sunday, September 16. Main activities will take place at Prairie Bridges Park. (This is the same location as our 2011 meet.)

I stopped at the park tonight and reserved my own spot and put a HOLD on three other sites. When you call to make reservations at the campground, please tell them you are with the Husky Meet or tell them that you are with “Schipperâ€Â. At this point, we can still reserve more, but sites are filling up quickly.

At the moment, I'm planning on staying at my house, and commuting. That will make it easier to take care of my dogs without having to drive back and forth multiple times - and to give Tux, who was awfully tired and cranky last year, a break and a decent night's sleep!

Staying at Prairie Bridges:

Fox Tink & Eponine (Stephanie); 2 tents, 5 Children, 1 adult, 2 Huskies, 1 beagle (Friday-Sunday *could change)

Tried to make things all pretty and copied and pasted but I had this huuuuge wall of blue fail when I did it...yuck. Also they stuck me in one of the four that Austinville reserved, if this needs to change let me know.

Becky has 4 camping spots reserved at Prairie Bridges, and when we were out walking there with Ryn and Tux tonight, we each took a picture. Not sure what her pic is like, but here's the one I took of the 4 spaces we have reserved... It's in the first section, for those of you who were there last year - right before you cross the bridge and by the playground area.

@FoxTink&Eponine

We've moved the camping spots to the one pictured in Gi's post above....More shade and further from the creek (so toddlers can't explore it!)
