Mistyrayn Posted December 14, 2008 Report Share Posted December 14, 2008 ok for all those interested.. here's my daily diary iv'e not had smoke since 9.30pm sat night... felt fairly good this morning and for about mmmmmm 2 secs fancied a smoke but didn't.. i am surprised that i have gone all day with out and not really wanted one either... even after dinner ( which normally do ) or even now when im having a cple of drinks.. i have left half a packet on clear view so if i want i can have rather than havn't got so can't have... so far so good... will let u all know how day 2 goes .. that will be the big test as will be at work... normally smoke more there... but fingers crossed... ill be strong... ill be brave... Austinville Posted December 15, 2008 Report Share Posted December 15, 2008 I used those to quit. January 31, 2009 marks my two year anniversary as a non smoker. It gets easier and easier. I will admit there are days I would still like to have one but after all this time, it's just not worth it.
