We bought a long rope (100ft) from B&M for £3.99 (make sure its strong enough). He then took apart an old lead. Got some 80lb fishing line and sewn (and sewn and sewn) the clasp and handle to the rope. He then wrapped it in thin metal wire for extra security and covered in rubber (an old bike tyre) We then swung on it and played tug a war with it ect... to make sure its really secure.
