nikitashuman
Morning all, I have a foster dog in at the moment who has a terrible ear infection. she's been to the vets she's had it cleaned out and is on steroids to help clear it all up before she moves onto her new home. My Niki keeps licking Lilys ear (Nikis the husky Lilys the staffy with the infection), Almost to the point i'm expecting to see the tongue come out of Lilys other ear, I have stopped Niki when I've seen her but is it going to do either dog any harm? Niki Doesn't seem to be off colour in any way and Lily is more than happy to have her ear cleaned by Niki which i guess is good coz she wont let us anywhere near it
Sarah
Is it an infection or do you know is there's ear mites present? Just make sure if you put any cream / drops in the ear you keep them seperate for a bit to give the meds a chance to work xx

Sarah
my boys clean each others ears - horrible licking noise ewwww *shudder* lol as long as there's no meds in there it should be ok - dog's mouths are actually really clean - despite what they eat and lick
