We paid good money for both our guys i can't see why something can't be done about back yard breeders and stopping Internet sites advertising sibes

Ignorance stupidity we have had some corkers ie look at the Akita hybrid ehhhhh?? why do you have one of those when you can't let them off lead? they have a bad reputation with kids but its never IMO the dog, my son knows dog rules he is nine. Ie you don't go near dogs if feeding, if they are play fighting I deal with it not him etc. I hate Cesar Milan to a degree but he is right in a way alot of dog problems are owner based not dog

Part of me just wants to stay out of it The government needs to do something with unregistered breeders, can guarantee the charva in question and her so called stud dog she is going to use will be related in someway. There is 3-4 people I know locally with sibes and none are decent breeders one kennel I know locally apparently had a litter of 12 pups hmmmm because a decent breeder wouldn't remove breeding endorsements so he bred two bitches and registered them all under same dam.

How do you know when too stop? dead easy lol when the animal are eating better than you are We have 3 sibes and 5 pet rabbits and if I could find a cheaper rabbit food supplier I would lol i did feed the sibes raw for abit but it was costing a bomb and too make it cost effective I had to absolutely ram my samsung freezer full

My guys usually get 1 hour a day on work days, non work days 1-2 hours weekends we take them too the beach/woods usually 3-4 hours they are getting a touch less than normal at the moment our boy is going through obedience classes on the weekend our girl is doing ring craft on a Saturday. i have one of them pedometer iPhone aps upto about 19miles for the month so far just got in with the nutters they are knackered

Teach the commands as early as possible when on walks, they will pick the commands up easiermfrom a young age. re when to get them to pull start it very gradual at 1year old, ie start off with a weekly 100metre run then very slowly build it up. Give them loads of praise when there done. Don't rush things

That's what we did with all of our dogs when younger the whole what is it five mins for every month in age I don't believe applies with a sibe or Mally

See my partner works long hours ie today she started work at 8am and she will be home around 10-1030. She doesn't work that everyday but easy 2-3 days a week i work nights now I am back home ie 3-4 ten hour shifts so its either I walk sibes the minute I get in or on me day offs and I prefer one longer walk because if I walk my dogs 15-30 mins they look at me like is that all when we get home lol

Was talking to a lass over by mine other day she has two dogs and she looked at me funny when I said my sibes only get walked once a day. Is that all she said, mine are out at least 2-3 times now bearing in mind I have three sibes and minimum they get walked Is anywhere from 3miles upto if on a weekend 7-8 miles. Gradually I am also running the 3 together, our youngest is still abit young for ten mile runs just yet lol just curious how often people take there dogs out what distances etc

We have considered it but there is several things we would do first. Ie vaccinate the dogs as required full vet stud dog/see papers ie hip/eyes eye test the bitch hip score the bitch put together a contract Ensure all pups are micro chipped pre them going out and that new owner is aware that they can't change microchip until pup 1 year. Potential owners visit me and vice versa full waiting list plus maybe one two extra in case people drop out etc etc etc we have a charva next to ours who is planning to breed and can guarantee none of the above will of been done. people see pound signs and forget about animal welfare, this lass I mentioned has a dog with blue eyes and wants another so she going to breed.
