i confess that i don't tend to wash the tilled floors when the weather is bad, cause they are only going to go out and in make the floor dirty again

apart from my friends, my family is spread around a bit, getting up and relocating....Not an issue besides would be fun...I think lol

If you are un sure on how many she was having I would suggest some point soon getting her checked over to make sure there are no remaining pups inside her that she has not given birth to, even if you think she is finished she could become seriously ill with a dead pup inside her. find out when it is safe to move her and pop her to the vets or try and get one to come and see you Sorry to hear she has lost some already, and I wish her the best of luck with the pups she has/is having. best of luck and keep us updated on her health and the pups

how about swimming? this wont put as much weight on her joints...if you have anywhere you can take her where she can paddle?!?!? If she has been crated most her life she probably hasn't had much exercise, so she may be limping because her joints aren't used to it... like myself, I take the boys for regular walks, but every now and then I go out in group meets and we do 7-9 mile walks...I walk like an old woman for the next couple of days, my hips and legs ache...

Ive been following this story, and at one point even put a comment on the daily mail about its title on the article....Dog Savaged baby.. I actually feel rather strongly about this whole thing...quite angry to be honest. Yet again the media have said to much and come to the assumption about things. lets look at the facts we know so far 1st the dog has not been destroyed 2nd they are to carry out a post mortem 3rd the amount of different stories going round 1 saying the dog ate my babys head 1 say the dog rolled over on the baby 1 say the dog was found by a neighbour (as previously mentioned) Quote, its a big dog, and white around the mouth...I saw nothing out of the usual....not sure how that works if it savaged the child like the newspapers are insinuating. plus it also stated in this article that the dog was around the ambulance, and she called him over to her and he came, she then handed him to the police, if the dog had "savaged" the child then surely the police would have been trying to capture him! The dog had been with them and their 2 other children for a couple of months..if I remember correctly at least 4. Having also got another dog you'd think they would have ensure the child was kept away from the dog un supervised...however the article does not state weather the child was and the dog had managed to get in to the childs room...I don't think we should point fingers and say they should have kept the child away from the dog, if we aren't certain that that is what they had done...we all know that huskys and mals have the ability to open doors etc... At the end of the day newspapers and media should not speculate, it does nothing to help the situation. I am sorry a child died, and I am sorry it is a Mal that is at the centre of this story, I am not sure if this is becoming a more common thing, dogs attacks or if people are reporting it more these days, but something needs to be done. Dogs should not be on a dangerous dog list, people should hold more responsibility for the safety of others and themselves. to many people think they are "experts" and know how to control any dog, don't do their research and don't train their dogs properly. I wish we could come up with a solution, fear out rules sensibility here, people are afraid because of those few who are reckless. I don't blame those who want all dogs to be muzzled ect, I blame those who shouldn't own dogs!

ah yes the leggy stage....lol both mine did that They didn't do the big ears or big head on slim body...but they did do the legs just ensure that she doesn't get too skinny.

I make jewellery, but enjoy doing other things, I dabble in a bit of drawing and painting, ive made teddies, and glass painting...anything crafty The page is focused on Jewellery though Yep me and my tenant brain stormed last night and have ideas coming out of my ears

Morning People... I know I know I haven't been around for a while, soooo sorry. Just needed some head clearing time.. This year I am working on my next big hurdle...finding a new job. I know I have one already and shouldn't complain, as I could be a lot worse of, but its one of the things in my life I am trying to change as it is making me extremely unhappy. ANYWAY...god I ramble on too much I have finally decided on a business name, and have just last night, set up a facebook page promoting my hobby. As it stands I haven't set the business up yet, as I still have a lot of learning to do, so the page is simply for people to see what I am making. So I am not making any money out of it, as friends and family may ask for things to be made but I only charge for materials. still rambling... Well just thought I would share my sunshine and lollipop moment at striking something off my list of to dos to achieve happiness
