Thank you Aris for your kind reply! Are you a breeder by any chance? Yes Josera I believe is only available in Europe. Thank you for informing me that it is a satisfactory dog food. If at all possible, can you please put me in touch with someone in your area who would have more knowledge about this brand and has been using it? Thank you everyone for your gracious responses. May you and your pets stay blessed!

Hi! Hope all of you are well and your dogs are well. Can anyone tell me how good/bad is the "Josera" dog food brand? Also, how does it fair in comparison to Taste of the Wild and Royal Canine? Thank you for taking out the time to go through my post. I hope you have a nice day!

Huskies are one of the most dangerous breeds
Southshore replied to Southshore's topic in Husky General
Thank you for your comments. Don't you think the study itself is questionable since it is directed at the breed and moreover I strongly suspect that no effort was made to check the environments that these dogs were raised in or how responsibly they were raised. -
Hello everyone! Hope you and your furry friends are well. The following link was shared with me recently and I was told that huskies are one of the most dangerous breeds. http://www.irishexaminer.com/ireland/huskies-among-most-dangerous-dogs-study-shows-191687.html Needless to say, the temperament of mine couldn't be further from the impression being given in this article. Kindly provide your informed opinion on the views expressed in this article. Thank you in advance for your contribution.

Of course not Jo, on the contrary I would actually be very GRATEFUL for the help! Thank you so much for making Alaska your own. Can't express how thankful I am to you. Kindly also ask the vet if Folrex syrup is sufficient since it seems that it is more of a pain reliever and anti-inflammatory. Shouldn't she be getting Vitamin D and calcium as well? Isn't it absolutely necessary to give her that in addition to Folrex? Following is a link with a description of the medicine and photos of the information leaflet: https://m.indiamart.com/proddetail.p -

Oh ok... rest and Folrex syrup. Can anyone shed light on how this might have happened? Can anyone kindly show this to their vet and get their opinion? I am very grateful for all the concern and advise. Thank you so much. All you people are great! -

Ok... went to the vet today. Luckily the clinic was empty. The day she shooed me off it was horribly crowded. Anyways I got two xrays done. One of the pelvis and one of the right leg. First I am posting pictures of the previous pelvis xray done on 8th August.... As you can clearly see there is a fracture on the right side. Now these are the two xrays I got done today..... The vet''s diagnosis is that the problem is in three places... pelvis (she is saying that it has started to heal), hip joint (she said not enough gap -

Thank you Angie. By the way you talk, tender loving care just drips from your words.... I know you care about her too and want desperately for her to heal and be OK. How could you ever offend anyone with the big beautiful heart you have Yes you are right... she is absolutely gorgeous! She has a dynamite temperament to boot... has never given me any trouble. She is soo eager to please all the time and so intelligent. I just need to repeat an exercise 3 times coupled with a verbal command and that's it... she doesn't need to be showed what she needs to do the 4th time she just does it on co -

I don't know what the vet meant and why she won't do what she said she would after a month i.e. another xray. Alaska (her name) never limps nor has she shown any signs of pain whatsoever yet even after she has been running around full throttle. Vet also said she is not over weight. I guess I will just go to another vet. Good vets are extremely difficult to come by here. Guess will have to ask around more and see what to do. Might just get in touch with some of the most experienced dog keepers here and see what they have to say and if they can refer me to -

The vet said the fracture was in the pelvis. Do all puppies have a fracture that heals? If yes then how long does it take to heal?
