He’s a beauty! If there’s no infection you could talk to your vet about calcium supplements, I’ve known people give a spoonful of yoghurt daily, don’t know if it helped tho. Definitely don’t be tempted to play with them, it could be temporary. Sent from my iPad using Husky Owners
  2. My 2 did the same when they first started sleeping in our bedroom, it doesn’t take long for them to get into a routine, Cai jumps on the end of the bed in the middle of the night even now, Luka blue starts off on the bed for 15-20 mins then goes down to lie in front of the front door. 3. It’s just nice to see a woman in a typically male dominated role, and not just as a pretty sidekick. Me a feminist [emoji849] Sent from my iPhone using Husky Owners

  7. I had a huge tree at the front of my house that blocked out the daylight from my front room window and my sons bedroom window, it took numerous phone calls and 9 months later it was cut down, the mess that the leaves left [emoji33] Sent from my iPhone using Husky Owners
  8. I’ve been brushing it to clean it and my 2 poop on the clippings further down. Thanks for the link, thankfully mine is lying on concrete slabs but it was an interesting read. 9. He’s a beauty! Sounds as tho he wants to be near you, one of mine used to howl at night, I’d go down take him outside, nothing... all he wanted was to be near us, my 2 sleep upstairs by my bed then one will go down, I certainly sleep longer now they’re both with us [emoji3] Sent from my iPhone using Husky Owners
  10. My other half nearly passed out when I paid for it [emoji23] and then he saw how happy furbies were when they were playing on it, a smile appeared. Sent from my iPad using Husky Owners
  11. Decided to put fake grass in the back garden for ‘the boys’ to play on, they both love it, Cai’s jumping around everywhere like he’s won the lottery and Luka blue just chills on it, money well spent! Sent from my iPhone using Husky Owners mobile app
  12. I feed human grade meat and fish etc, the fish is usually boneless sometimes there’s small bones in the salmon I might’ve missed but they’re crunchy not big and sharp, and some raw feeders will feed the whole fish, skin on and guts intact, some say it’s good to feed the whole fish as they’re getting most of the nutrients they need. As for how much to feed it depends on the weight of your dog, if you have a look on dog food packaging there’s usually a guide, I was caught out once because I didn’t convert kilograms to grams when measuring meat [emoji849] fish and sweet potato are a favourite o
  13. Hi, she looks a dark copper, she’s gorgeous. As mentioned NEVER off leash, not only will husky’s just run, they can run into traffic and could cause a crash, owners are liable, and too many husky’s have been shot by farmers. It’s in a husky to run, no amount of training will correct this, it’s up to us as owners to keep our furbabies safe, all husky owners and organisations say never off leash. We take ours to an off lead field so they have their off lead freedom and it’s completely safe. Sent from my iPhone using Husky Owners

  19. Could be an infection and if it’s itchy or inflamed she’ll be licking it to relieve it, best bet is a vet appt, hope she’ll be ok. Sent from my iPhone using Husky Owners

  22. Much the same as above, I have a dog gate up at the kitchen door and my front door is visible from there. I’ve had my 2 since they were 8 weeks old and I started this training from around 4 months of age, I started by letting them see me going out of the front door and I’d close it and wait for 5 mins, I’d go back in, no fuss on leaving and none returning and I’d do this several times a day and gradually build the time up. They whined to begin with and I’d start doing this after a walk it’s easier when they’re tired. It’s taken me the best part of 2 years to be able to leave them for 6 hours,
