I took Olaf to the dog park on New Year's Eve. It was only 20 degrees and there was a little snow on the ground. He had fun, and there were two other dogs there for him to play and run with. Happy new year!

She's ok in herself but she's had a couple of falls in the cage from top to bottom because she can't balance on her legs so well anymore so I'm looking into getting her some fall breaker hammocks to catch her it's all about just making her comfortable now and adapting the cage for her Sent from my [device_name] using http://Husky Owners mobile app

Good evening all! Simka here barking that I hope all you Huskies and humans survived the holidays! Well, We had not heard from Grizz Lee and the gang for a couple days so mommy just had to call Carol and be nosey, er, I mean find out all the latest news. Well, it just so happens that Carol left yesterday on a trip and Aunty Rachel and Kristen are doggysitting until she comes back. Well, because the girls are totally awesome and did not want Grizz and the Gang to miss their mommy, they brought the boys the most delicious holiday treat I have ever seen: Kristen’s new Reeboks and Rachel’s new nikes!!! The boys went right for them as soon as the girls set foot in the house. They actually had to dog gate the sneakers into the kitchen to keep the dogs from eating them up! So the girls are doggysitting for 5 days. Mommy and me are taking bets as to how long you think those sneakers will last. I would bet Grizz and Crew can have them devoured for dessert in one sitting! In fact, here is Rusty and Snickers getting their teeth sharp and slobber flowing: All ready to eat some new sneakers. Yikes! Simka

A behaviourist will come to your home and watch your interaction and your sons interaction with your dog and will suggest ways of retraining with positive results, it will take time and effort but you will see the results. Luka, one of mine, is fear aggressive, he would growl at other dogs on walks, he didn’t like kids on bikes, scooters, skateboards, children running past him, anything with quick movements so walking him became very difficult and not enjoyable. I tried a few things but with little progress so I booked to see a behaviourist, Emma watched him for an hour and at the end of the session I had a lot of homework to do and she gave me some insight as to why he was behaving the way he was which enabled me to understand him more. There has been a huge difference with Luka and he’s still progressing, he walks past other dogs without lunging at them, growls very rarely, he walks without dragging me anymore, he’s still nervous but I no longer feel he’s a potential threat to another dog. It’s worth every penny you spend, I paid £25 for an hourly session. Good luck [emoji3] Sent from my iPhone using Husky Owners mobile appOops, I’ve pressed the wrong quote. Just one firm no or ahah noise and remove him from the area , a long house line might work better as if u watch him u can give him the firm no and lead him away from the side when he ignores the side and listens to u give him praise and fuss Sent from my [device_name] using http://Husky Owners mobile app

Here are a few from the freezing hike I took them on earlier today. Ended up with a few minutes in the dog park. Loved it. Niko actually caught a mole in the deep snow in the woods, but I told him to drop it so it got away lol. He's caught a few of those tiny things. Sent from my SM-T820 using Tapatalk

Dogs can for other reasons eat their own poop (think it’s called pica?) but tbh you’d soon know if that were the case as you’d find remnants laying around for a start. Much more likely that he’s simply growing up and being able to hold it in for longer periods of time. Sent from my iPhone using Husky Owners
