  1. good, makes it a lot easier for me. haha go to the top right, click on those three little lines at top. click "forums" then "members" and lastly, "introductions." now, go to top left and click the three little dots, and "new topic." you can't post pictures till after five comments/ posts. but I'm sure you're nearing that by now. hope this helps !
  2. cool, me too are you using the tapatalk app or just Internet browser?

  4. aww, boo! well it's nice over here
  5. hahaha yes! well i don't know, I'm going to terre haute or around that area.
  6. I had an Australian shepherd / german shepherd called mike. we rescued him when he was young, he died around 14 years old. I had a collie / gsd / malamute mix named Casey. we had to get rid of her because we live in town and she LOVED to herd the cars. two chihuahuas, Lexi and Chloe. still alive. two "chorkies" a mix between a chihuahua and yorkie that have passed on, one got hit and one got killed by the neighbor dogs. named Percy and Bentley. another chorkie, still alive and we still have her, named Bella. maya, a siberian husky who also passed on. got hit. now I have chad and paisley, also huskies.
  7. I was trying to find people to talk about my huskies to, because everyone around me was getting sick of it (oops) so I searched husky forums on Facebook.. when they didn't answer as quickly, due to not as many members I believe, I found this link on it, and I haven't gotten off since! hahaha Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. sorry if any of you have already posted about what I'm gonna say, but there's a lot of comments! haha. I just posted this exact solution on another forum, then saw yours so decided may as well copy & paste! let me know if it helps! ps- I just used my leash so I don't have to spend any extra money. I just got the best advice on how to keep your huskies next to you and behaving while on a leash, instead of running wild or taking you on a pull. while walking my two kiddos tonight, one of my brothers friends stopped and showed me how to walk chad properly so it's not such a hassle. of course I had a harness on him, which only makes them want to pull harder. the correct way is to keep the collar (well, I used a leash since I was lacking a collar) closer up to the ears. I'll add a picture of the appropriate place when done. when they pull, LIGHTLY yank on the leash. after a few tries, they'll stay beside you no problem. you could also try lightly tapping their side with your foot if they're distracted by something (bird, car, cat, other dog, etc). this gets their attention. good luck, dog walkers!
