Our Neeka, survivor of splenectomy (which she wasn't expected to survive), survivor of bloat (which she wasn't expected to survive) but at nearly 12 years old, she contracted bladder cancer, a particularly aggressive tumour which rapidly spreads. She was our first dog and accepted the deluge of adopted/fostered Huskies with absolutely no complaint - mutual respect all around (we're so lucky as, with 6 dogs plus the occasional foster, we've never, ever had a single problem between them). Fabulous girl, sadly missed - their room (ex-dining room) seems empty, despite there being 5 dogs in there. But she'll be loving it up there, shepping the clouds full time

Tatty girl , my little mischief maker , destroyer of sofas , stealer of food , hater of affection, you certainly kept us on our toes we could never just sit and have a cuddle you had to be running around causing chaos , but you were still a sweet heart, you looked after your sisters when they weren't well , you even knew when I wasnt well , it was one of the few rare times you'd actually behave now it's time to repay you for that and release you from any pain , you're now back with your sisters and I'm sure You're already terrorising them 💜 we'll miss you so much baby girl our lives will never be the same but you all gave us so much laughter and joy and we'll never forg…

Today we made a very difficult decision to let Berry join her sisters over the rainbow bridge , she had stopped eating and drinking and had lost weight , she was no longer our happy girl who would avoid kisses and give u a dirty look if u managed to kiss her before she could avoid it , she was our fat little Bezza bulldog and always will be , it was not a decision we made easily and not a day will go by where she won't be in our minds, we miss u Bez [emoji171] Sent from my [device_name] using http://Husky Owners mobile app

RIP Tyler Some of you may know that I got my first Malinois a few months ago. He was about a year old when i got him, fitted into my home with my other dogs like he was part of the family and that it was meant to be. Last month he had to go into the vets with Stomach problems and seemed to be recovering until last night he started feeling very sorry for himself, at 5am he passed a lot of blood in the kitchen and i rushed him into the vets again. He stomach hadn't healed right after the Operation and had comlications that meant he lost blood suply to the rest of his stomach. I only had this boy a short time and i grew to care for him over night and i will miss him as he wa…

It is with such sorrow that I post, Logan passed yesterday. He had the most amazing last Husky camp and seemed so healthy. We knew he had cancer and was scheduled for scans as soon as we got home. The cancer was aggressive, but we caught it in time. He had a big op. Unfortunately he just couldn’t make it. He passed peacefully in our arms. Our tag has been ‘Logan Runs’, now Logan runs free.

Hi guys, Thought id show you my husky that sadly passed away just over 1 year ago unfortunatley I only have 1 photo of her on this laptop but it doesn't even take a photo to show you how amazing my girl was, and just to pay respect as I believe this is the right place to do it. Her story: Teyha was born in March 16 2014, she came from a champion family in snow dog racing. Teyha was a wonder full pup with an amazing personality so full of joy and excitement, she used to roam around and just be a general twat, chew things, try and escape, destroy any household item that had sentimental value you name it haha! but she was so loving and affectionat…

Well today after several weeks of hard fighting I had to say good by to my Anna Marie. She fought bravely all the way up till the end without fear. As you guys know several weeks ago I had posted about a weird issue she was having. Well after other weird changes and the vet it was determined that she was in the late stages of liver cancer. I'm honestly heart broken and to some degree without my guide. She was my world and the light that shone upon my path. She helped pull me from a rough place in my life and helped strengthen my resolve. She was my best friend and far too young at only 5 years, 7 months, and 15 days. My only comfort ATM is knowing that she's now running t…

I rescued this beauty from a family that owned her and was moving to a place that did not allow dogs. Tasha was a great girl and led a long life. She would have turned 16 in March. She was an awesome hunter. She would dig up a mole in seconds. She was a great escape artist. She is the reason for the concrete border and the commercial grade chain link fence. Prior to the upgrades, she escaped, broke into a pasture and took down a goat 2 towns over, all within a half hours time. That was not a pleasant "come get your dog" phone call. After the upgrades, there was no more escaping for my dear sweet Tasha. She learned to love our 20 acres and made it home for many many years.…

It is with the heaviest heart that I write my first post to this forum in this section. On November 4, 2017 my dear girl Dani passed on. She was the most beautiful dog inside and out. She was always happy, affectionate, smart, playful, respectful, loyal, protective, and adventurous. I rescued Dani on April 18, 2014; but she rescued me every day thereafter until her passing. This is the eulogy I read at her attended cremation service on November 10, 2017. (Our tearful last goodbye.)-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------In MemoriamOur dear Husky, Dani, was a beautiful girl inside and out. Sad to announce the passing of my girly Echo. She had bowel complications and was bleeding heavily took horses to the vet this morning. They said there was almost nothing they could do to stop the bleeding so we had to make the hard decision. Anyone who met Echo at husky camp or on meets knows she was a very vocal white German shepherd We rescued her at 18 months old and she was 10 when she passed a loyal and protective Girly. R. I. P old girl you can have all the ball throws you want now and never get tired Run free Sent from my SM-G930F using Husky Owners mobile app

I wanted to let you all know that my Dad's beautiful Labrador [emoji171]MINDY[emoji171] lost the battle to the most aggressive cancer last night, 29OCT2017. But actually, she & her soul won because MINDY is crossing that beautiful RAINBOW BRIDGE. She was given almost two more precious, beautiful months with my Dad, older brother, twin brother, and the rest of us. We are deeply torn to lose the most sweetest, deep loving, dog in the world! [emoji171]MINDY[emoji171] was truly a GIFT FROM GOD. I wanted to thank you all for supporting me, but especially my awesome loving Dad. It means the world to all of us. Lastly, I know MINDY is not a Husky, but thank you so so much …

It is with a heavy heart filled with sorrow that I write that the beloved Taiya, or little Tai Tai passed away on Monday morning 3 April 2017. Taiya became ill over the weekend and I suspected that she had a tick somewhere and was having a severe reaction to it but it was much more sinister than that. I managed to get her into the vet and when she touch her stomach her face dropped and she shook her head:-( No she said it isn't a tick, she could feel a massive tumour and then checked her gums - they were very pale and she surmised that Tai had started to bleed internally and recommend for her to be PTS as she was obviously miserable and suffering. Taiya never showed a…

If you have never heard of Mishka the talking husky, just take a look at the YouTube videos. She was featured on the Today show and had many followers, including me. It was probably the reason I was drawn to huskies. Sadly, she was diagnosed with cancer a little while back and she passed on. RIP Mishka, you will be missed.

No one told me about parvovirus. By the time I had figured out what my little buddy had it was far too late. When getting a dog, always get them their shots so you won't have to go through the heartbreak I did. It's been nearly a year since my baby went home but I think about him every single day. One day I'll see you again, Thor, and when I do we will become inseparable once more. I love you, my baby Thor. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
