Zoya is a black and white Husky, and has black eye lashes. Eisa is a black and white Husky, and has white eye lashes. Both have blue eyes. It would be interesting to know, for those with black and white Huskies, what color their eye lashes are. loops post on car eye lashes reminded me about the girls' eye lashes. It was time for Cai and Luka blue’s morning walk, I put the harness and lead on them both and Phil came thru the back gate ready to take them, they were both in the kitchen waiting for him to put the walking belt on, I let them out into the garden (Phil hadn’t put the latch on the gate, he pushed it to and the wind blew it open, we were unaware of this) so they ran thru it..... neither one of us could move quick enough. I grabbed some treats as Blue will do anything for food BUT we live near a sheep farm and we’re surrounded by cats. They were nowhere to be seen, I made my way to the train station as there’s always cats by there, I was calling they’re names saying ‘What’s…

Well, Between me and GrizzLee and crew, we have unfortunately not gotten the chance to eat yummy new sneakers this summer, being quarantined and all. However, we are pretty excited right now. Hi, guys anyone who's Signature is showing a grey image saying image is currently not available. This is because Photobucket has started capping the amount of bandwidth available per month apparently I only get 25mb per month (used to be unlimited) and the 200+ Sigs that I have on Photobucket are using more than 40mb per month. So we may have to have a few days per month where the sigs grey out for a few days towards the end of the month. apologies I'm already spending about £45 per year supporting the Sigs to get unlimited bandwidth would be around £70 per year. Regards Andy

Good evening all! Simka here barking that I hope everyone has been well and enjoyed the fall! It’s been a while since I barked here, so I apologize. Mommy is working different hours for her job so there has been an adjustment. She sleeps when she should be awake and vice versa! Anyway, we have been well but just busy. Unfortunately for GrizzLees mommy Carol, they had a loss in the family. Roscoe the hound passed this fall. He passed over the rainbow bridge and will forever be remembered, as he always spread joy to people and other dogs who met him. We miss you Roscoe buddy Well, not all is bad. See, Carol rescued another brother for GrizzLee and the boys. His name i…

So a month ago I posted about Storm our latest acquisition. After a google image search and much checking of body types and markings I pegged him as a Dutch Shepherd mix. Even the good folks on Dutch shepherd forums and websites, said yep definitely a Dutchy with something else mixed in. but I was curious as to WHAT he was mixed with so I got a DNA test, swabbed the inside of his cheek and sent off the sample for analysis. anyhoo today I got the results back, and boy was I surprised. . . . . NOT a hint of Dutch Shepherd in him. . . . LMAO The brindle comes from his 25% Greyhound and the rest from his thoroughly Mixed everyt…

Ok i just got my new Indi Dog walking belt but i have descovered a small problem..... The heavy Karabiner suplied was not made for men Husky on a loose lead shook and jumped and oh boy does it hurt when the heavy weight slaps you in the crotch area...... So any rock climbers out there able to recommend a light weight alloy Karabiner and good online store to buy it from as most do not say how heavy the hook is just how much weight it can take before it breaks.

18 months ago we lost our Gobby girly Echo. She was a White german shepherd Dog. Recently we decided we wanted another shepherd. To give Darwin a companion and also to have a dog that can be trained to walk nicely and be let off lead with reliable recall. So we joined a Uk rescue, had a home check and started looking at possible adoptions. Then this interesting boy turned up. Say hello to Storm. A 4 year old Dutch Shepherd mix. the brindle coat is not the mix, that's the normal dutch shepherd coat. He's certainly a unique looking dawg Very few people will have heard of a Dutch shepherd, they were nearly wiped out during WWII, and most d…

He's a sweet boy, honestly my best friend. I want to breed him before he dies of old age(not right now, he's still young), and am wondering if i could. I know it's looked down upon to breed whooly Huskies because of the defect, but im planning to breed with a normal husky to hopefully get rid of it. Thanks, just want to know if that would be ok

Good evening all! Simka here. Long time no bark from for sure! Well, I hope everyone is having a good summer. In Maine, it has been rainy and the mosquitoes and black flies have been out in full force! Hopefully we see the sun soon! Well, me and GrizzLee and crew have been ok. Trying to keep our noses clean and stay out of trouble. Somehow trouble always seems to find us! Been staying at Grizz’s house when mommy works. Unfortunately Mommy and Carol both worked today so they had to find another doggysitter. Well, my Cuzzin Elizabeth was available and arrived at GrizzLees this morning. As soon as she set foot inside the house all us dogs went nutso at what we saw: …

Hi everyone🙂 my bf and I recently got our gorgeous baby Moon and when we bought her the breeders said she was a full bred husky. I saw both parents and they were both black and white huskies. I also saw the litter of pups, there were 6 black and white and 2 all white. I trusted the sellers and didn't think twice about our baby not being a husky until quite a few different people started saying that she wasn't 😕 I love her no matter what she is my baby, just kind of irks me that someone would or could have lied when selling puppers. Her ears are a little big and face a little thin, also her tail doesn't curl too much but does C curve when she's excited or outside. I know s…

Jay got his black spots on his tongue fairly early, at around 4 months old they had been totally formed. Anna came to me last month with two large ones on the sides of her tongue almost on the bottom. She is blowing coat like a mad woman, and I was furminating her this morning when low and behold I noticed two spots (light) forming on her tongue on top. They are faint like when Jay's started coming in. She definitely never had them before. She's always up in my face with her tongue out and I had searched her mouth when she first got here. My question is, how old are they before they usually get their spots, and is it common for a 1 1/2 year old Kai to just start get…
